All houses have internet broadband facilities installed with a wireless connection. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and we supply a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed.

Before you move in any repairs to the contents or the fabric of the building taken care of. During the course of your time at the house we will be only a phone call away and are generally available to see to any matters of maintenance.

All houses are centrally heated with modern high efficiency gas boilers, the lofts are fully insulated and all have thermostatically controlled radiators thoughout.

All our properties are registered with Northampton Council as Houses in Multiple occupation and have been fitted with the correct safety equipment. The gas and electrical systems comply with the latest standards and have been certified by a qualified technician.

All our properties are approved by Northampton University.
